Prospective buyers may submit an intent to purchase form for art pieces by mail or by using the form below. A check made payable to the artist should be sent along with a completed intent to purchase form (click here to download an intent to purchase form) should be sent to:

The prospective buyer’s name will be included on the card for the desired piece. A drawing will be conducted to determine the buyer for any contested pieces on Sunday, November 19, 2017. Checks for unsuccessful buyers will be returned by U. S. Mail. The buyers check will be forward to the artist.
Intent to Purchase forms should be received no later than Friday, November 17, 2017. The Mountain Oyster Club is not responsible for lost or delayed mail.
