Established in 1948

Founded in Tucson, Arizona, the Mountain Oyster Club has a colorful history steeped in Western traditions and Southwestern lifestyle. The Club offers its members and guests excellent food and drinks, outstanding Western art, and stimulating camaraderie in its beautiful setting- the Pond Mansion, built in 1936.

In 1948, the Mountain Oyster Club was founded by a group of six men, who envisioned a place for cowboys, ranchers and polo players and their families to feel welcome and relaxed while enjoying delicious food, beverages and camaraderie in their blue jeans and boots. The Mountain Oyster Club continues to be just that kind of place today and more. If you share our interest and want to preserve our western heritage, then you belong in the Mountain Oyster Club!

Members and their guests enjoy an enticing menu including fine cuts of beef prepared to satisfy the palates of those that know a thing or two about whence it came and how good it can be when it is prepared as well as expertly prepared seafood and specialty items including house made pasta, breads and desserts.

The Mountain Oyster Club offers an exciting opportunity for those who appreciate great wine and want to enjoy their personal selections of wine while dining at the Club. Introducing La Sociedad del Vino, the MO’s own “wine society” designed to provide ongoing wine education, special events, and preferred pricing on selected wines.
